The 8th Annual Offshore Communications Conference & Exhibition, November 4-6, 2008,
will present insight into the challenges of connecting offshore operations in exploration, production, and drilling and well servicing projects, addressing the digital tools required, and the real-time monitoring, surveillance and optimization of production and drilling cycles.
A special focus this year will be on instant communications with well workover and servicing operations and access to maintenance records from deepwater sites.
Also addressed are offshore oil & gas projects relating to ultra-deepwater operations, fiber optic networks and the logistics of remote management and optimization of personnel and asset utilization.
The program will feature key players in the communications services arena, including operators, manufacturers, value-added resellers, distributors, and retailers, participating in round table discussions and technical presentations.
TSC and GVF again join forces to develop hard-hitting content on how key broadband solutions apply to offshore Oil & Gas, Emergency Management and Maritime applications. The event will feature a 3-day Technical Program and 2-day Exhibition.
