The 31st Annual Motorship Propulsion & Emissions Conference takes place on the 26 & 27 May 2009 in the historic maritime city of Copenhagen, Denmark. The conference is once again supported by BIMCO, the world’s largest private shipping organization and SEAaT, The Shipping Emissions and Abatement Society.
The conference will focus on key topics affecting the global shipping industry, with particular emphasis on environmental issues.
The theme for the 2009 conference is Saving fuel for lower costs and lower emissions. Sessions will include:
* Advanced propulsion systems – with particular reference to diesel-electric, gas turbine, hybrid and LNG propulsion systems
