Worldwide TurboCharger Conference 2009

Conference overview

The Worldwide Turbocharger Conference is an industry first. This one-day event is being held in response to shipowner, enginebuilder, turbocharger manufacturer and class society demand for a focused forum that addresses present and future trends in turbocharger design and innovation.

The Worldwide Turbocharger Conference
Reliability, safety and efficiency are the benchmarks by which industry will continue to assess turbocharger design. Operating and through-life costs are equally important, as is compliance with tightening regulation. In particular, today’s turbochargers need to be ‘future proofed’ against tomorrow’s stringent emissions and safety legislation.

The Worldwide Turbocharger Conference will bring together shipowners, enginebuilders, turbocharger manufacturers, service centres and class together in an innovative one-day format to interact, discuss and debate these salient issues and obtain information of real commercial and competitive value to their companies.

It has been organised by Riviera Maritime Media Ltd and follows on from the success of the annual Worldwide Turbocharger Guide and The Annual Marine Propulsion Conference.

Delegates can look forward to an exceptional programme of presentations and debate, as well as unparalleled networking and social opportunities. These include a pre-conference drinks reception, a networking lunch and tea/coffee breaks throughout the event. In short it is a must-attend for anyone whose business is turbochargers.

Book before 24 July to take advantage of our special delegate rate.

Where: Hamburg, Germany

When: August 25, 2009
